Yes, a refundable security deposit is pre-authorised (held, not charged) on your card at pickup. It's released once the car is returned on time, undamaged, with a full tank and no outstanding fines - release timing depends on your bank and can take up to 14–30 days.

Full-to-full: your rental car is supplied with a full tank and should be returned full. If it comes back with less fuel, we charge for the missing fuel plus a refuelling service fee.

Yes. Any additional driver must be approved by us in advance and listed on the Rental Agreement. A small fee applies - except when the additional driver is the Main Driver's spouse, in which case it's free.

With our prior written consent, yes - taking the vehicle into Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia or Greece is possible with a valid Green Card and an additional fee. Let us know your plans in advance so we can arrange it before your rental starts.
